Dolly's Vintage Tearoom was opened in 2022 by Susan, a Ludgershall local of over 27 years - having grown up in the village, she returned later in life. A former HR Manager, she left the profession and opened a vintage tearoom with a focus on community events, crafting workshops, and products from local artisans.

The name Dolly's comes from Susan's maiden name, Dall which is pronounced as Doll in her native Scotland. Dolly's/Dollies has been used as a name by her for twenty years for various endeavours as such, including for her crochet business Dollies Designs.
